Big E Superior Trucking Corporation ("we," "us"), 1250 Brookwood Forest Blvd, Apt 3101, Jacksonville, FL 32225, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through bigesuperiortrucking.us and in providing hauling services, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Requests: name, email, phone, company, job site address, timing, and job details.
- Job records: delivery tickets, scale tickets, bills of lading, time tickets, and delivery photos.
- Billing information: invoices, payments, and credit application details for business accounts.
- Driver applicants: information you submit to apply, used for hiring and required driver qualification checks.
- Technical data: basic server logs used for security. The load estimator runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
How we use information
- To quote, schedule, and perform deliveries and hauling;
- To coordinate with suppliers, pits, and receiving sites;
- To invoice and keep records required for transportation compliance and taxes;
- To handle complaints and disputes, and to comply with the law.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only as needed with material suppliers and receiving sites, your general contractor or site contact, payment processors, insurers, and regulators or authorities when required by law.
Retention
Delivery and billing records are kept as long as needed for accounting, insurance, and transportation-compliance purposes. Inquiries that don't become jobs are deleted within 24 months.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@bigesuperiortrucking.us. Some records must be retained for legal reasons.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
