Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms apply to your use of bigesuperiortrucking.us and to hauling services provided by Big E Superior Trucking Corporation ("we," "us"), 1250 Brookwood Forest Blvd, Apt 3101, Jacksonville, FL 32225. A written quote, work order, or hauling contract controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Quotes

• Quotes state the billing basis (per load, per ton, or per truck-hour), any minimums, and material costs where we supply material.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days because material and fuel costs change. Long-term contracts may include agreed adjustment terms.

Scheduling and cancellations

• Please cancel or reschedule by 3 PM the business day before. Trucks dispatched and turned away on site may be billed the stated minimum.
• We may delay or cancel for unsafe weather or site conditions and will notify you as soon as possible.

Site access and responsibilities

• You're responsible for safe access, identifying underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation, and overhead obstructions, and indicating the dump location.
• Drivers may refuse to enter areas they judge unsafe or likely to cause damage. We aren't responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or curbs when a customer directs a truck onto them after being informed of the risk.
• Haul-off material must be as described. We don't accept hazardous, contaminated, or prohibited materials, and costs caused by misdescribed loads may be charged to the customer.

Quantities and tickets

Quantities are based on scale tickets, load counts, or signed time tickets as stated in the quote. Please review tickets at delivery; questions should be raised promptly.

Cargo

For flatbed and equipment moves, cargo must be properly prepared for transport and unloading equipment must be available at delivery. Claims for damaged cargo must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported in writing within 5 business days.

Payment

Residential and one-time customers pay at or before delivery unless agreed otherwise. Approved business accounts are invoiced on the agreed terms.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Contact support@bigesuperiortrucking.us or (904) 641-7283. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and provide a written response within 10 business days. If a dispute isn't resolved, either party may request non-binding mediation in Duval County with a mutually agreed mediator, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a consumer protection agency or filing in small claims court.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount charged for the affected delivery or service, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as project delays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

Website tools

The load estimator provides rough estimates only. Final quantities depend on site conditions and material properties.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is Duval County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes don't affect signed contracts.
